I was contacted by the owner who told me where to find the key. We loved the quiet and scenic location. The cottage i believe is 200 years old and very quaint, full of history. The owners are very helpful people and I would recommend Cul Cottage to anyone

Truly the loveliest place to stay and so scenic! We had the very best time and felt right at home. Our host was also very responsive and always kept us up to date on everything and even heated up the house for us when he heard we were getting in late! Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Charming old cottage on ridge looking either side of Valencial Isalnd. Cleaver re-working of what would have been a very basic house a hundred years ago- now with log burner, shower, modern kitchen. Very friendly host.
This is an older property- vague mustiness probably inevitable (much helped by the log-burner). Ironic to be within a couple of miles of Ground Zero for telecommunications (1866 style), and 150 years later just patchy cell-phone reception and no internet!! Stairs not for the feint-hearted…
